Deck: Engineering Creative Solutions

I have a client who wants to build a deck. Sounds easy enough except half of the proposed deck infringes on a municipality’s right of way. Our solution: relocate the spiral stairs inside the footprint of the deck and outside of the right of way. The proposed deck cantilevers over the right of way. Next step: meet with the board to get approval for the proposed design.
